Visual Playground Open Nights #3

Great illustration and animation do go hand in hand with great graphic design, so for the third and final night two majestic speakers will amaze the crowd: David Carson and Yukai Du.

David’s experimental typography and unconventional magazine design made it into the graphic design history books, so you don’t need any extra incentive to come listen to his talk. Yukai’s colorful style comes to life in her stunning animations, in a mesmerizing kaleidoscope of patterns, characters and textures. There’s something simply captivating about her work and we’re sure you’re as excited as we are to listen to her talk about it.
